Job Description

As a Program Controller, you are part of the program team (IPT) and responsible for the ongoing financial work for a subset of the customer portfolio together with the IPT controller who has overall responsibility for the entire customer portfolio. In your work, you will act as a business partner to program managers, program directors & customer finance directors.

• Report and monitor financial status by preparing forecasts, analyzing results, including monthly closings, and contributing explanations and improvements.
• Ensure that all financial data is reported on time and is accurate.
• Forecast and follow up cash flow and monitor late payments.
• Analyze and explain deviations between outcomes, forecasts, budgets & strategic plans.
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate risks and develop solutions to mitigate those risks.
• Participate in the closing process by ensuring that everything is booked correctly and that any provisions are made.
• Prepare invoice documentation and create invoices.
• Work closely with the IPT controller and Site controller to provide stakeholders with an accurate overall picture.

Qualifications

To fit this role, we believe you are confident in your skills, with a drive to take on challenges and think ahead. You have both an analytical and meticulous streak and enjoy taking responsibility for the team to achieve its results. An important part of your work is to provide decision-makers with decision support, and to do this in the best way, you have the ability to transform financial data and input from the business into words.

You have a completed university education with a focus on economics, or other education that we assess as equivalent. It is advantageous if you have also worked a few years in the field and have been involved in several budgeting cycles and annual closings. It is important that you feel comfortable working in Excel, and if you have previous experience with SAP, that is also a plus. As we are a global company, it is essential that you have excellent skills in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
